Having worked in schools in East London and Essex, I worked as Lead Area Consultant for Essex Local Authority, managing and deploying a team of consultants working with primary schools. I then worked as Education Adviser for a commercial provider of professional development and school support services. I now work as an independent education consultant supporting maintained primary schools, academies, MATs and independent schools.
I have over 15 years of experience of supporting teachers and leadership teams to enhance provision and improve outcomes for learners. I support development across the curriculum with a particular specialism in mathematics. I am accredited as a Professional Development Lead with NCETM.
